You do NOT need a Paypal
account to finish this transaction but you will be required to fill out all the
necessary information and create a password to complete the transaction. By having
a password it does NOT create a Paypal account; it only validates
your identity for this transaction only. *Please
note: CHECK or CASH ONLY for your registration at the door on the
day of the seminar. Step
1. First, fill out the form below and select Submit Query. Then proceed to
Step 2 the Credit Card Pre-payment to complete the registration process.

fee for the seminar is $40.00 and includes lunch and the Planning and Financial
Workbook for the Small Business, prepared by SCORE. For additional participants
in your group, the cost is $25.00 each and includes lunch but does not include
